Health care costs typical Canadian family more than $11,000 per year

VANCOUVER—An average Canadian family of four (two parents with two children) will pay $11,494 for public health-care insurance in 2016, finds a new study released today by the Fraser Institute, an independent, non-partisan Canadian public policy think-tank.
